Generally, our kids need a good amount of structured activities and we struggle greatly with routines and providing them things to do. We try to keep them away from screens mostly, but will fall back to them when we can't provide proper activities. They aren't picky and have a lot of interests. Our 7-year-old son (8 in February) was diagnosed with ADHD in January and struggles the most. He has so many interests but struggles when things don't work out and with transitions. Our oldest is possibly ADHD well and will definitely show impulsive (but not dangerous - just excited) tendencies when we don't offer her enough activities. But she is also fine reading and doing many activities without help. The older kids are in a homeschool co-op on Tues/Wed/Thurs (leave at 8:30 a.m. - return @ 2pm). We can discuss more when we get connected. Thanks!
