My wife and I both work rotating shift schedules, so the days we would need childcare would vary based upon the week. We would be able to provide a schedule well in advance. We primarily need childcare for our younger children (we have a 3-year-old and an 8-month-old), however our older children may need a ride to an activity or minor supervision after they get home from school. Our two older children are 15 and 13 years old.
