Hello searching for a full-time nanny to support a lgbtq couple for 4-month-old twins and a 4-year-old. Start date is in March 2026. Looking for a nanny that is communicative, timely, compassionate, do light cleaning, meal prep for children, and can provide warm environment for our children. Salary: 3000 (before taxes) Benefits: - [ ] Paid bi-weekly - [ ] Scheduled paid time off (approximately 50 days in the year off) - [ ] Receive a W-2 - [ ] Direct-deposit Schedule changes throughout the year: March to June 26th: 6:40 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 26th-August 20th- only have to work two days a week of your choosing. Times for nanny can vary. Still receive full pay. August 20th to November: 6:40 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. November to June: 6:40 a.m. to 4:30pm
