Open To Nanny Sharing

We are looking for a part time nanny for one child. We have one daughter who turns a year old in April & two small dogs. We are looking to build a long-term relationship (3-5yrs). If we had to pick a parenting style that best describes us, it would be responsive parenting. We do not believe in any variation of cry it out or that a baby can be spoiled by being held or loved. As of right, we only need someone a handful of hours a week while working from home. Hours would increase as we expand our family. Thursday hours listed are case by case due to husband's work. We would prefer someone who can help out with light housekeeping & help care for our dogs as needed. We would prefer a nanny who is familiar with Montessori play & learning, has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets & who is CPR certified.
