Nanny Needed For My Children

About the job

We are looking for in home nannying for our newborn once returning to work. I work mostly remote and my husband is a firefighter on 24 hour shifts, so we are looking for help 2-3 days a week depending on his shifts - the schedule does not change but rotates, it will be known well in advance! Because of the 2-3 days, we are looking to pay a flat rate each week whether it is 2 or 3 to make it more consistent for the caregiver. We do have 4 dogs as well, so this person must be comfortable with them!
