Flexible Recurring Sitter For 5 & 3yo Girls

Our girls are 5 and 3, and we're expecting another baby in January. We're looking for someone that could come 1-2 days a week for about 2-4 hours at a time. We're very flexible on days/times. I will be homeschooling the girls but would like to have someone who feels like part of the family and could stay with them during my doctor appointments/running errands, helping with their laundry, light meal prep, tidying up or doing dishes :) The girls absolutely love spending time creating, playing outside on their scooters, doing arts and crafts, puzzles, reading and pretend play! They really enjoy playing together. They don't get screen time often and we prefer to not have any screen time during the day. They love music and singing too!
