Seeking a nanny near Charlottesville for 4 children, 3 elementary school-age kids and a 1-year-old. After 8 years, our beloved nanny needs to move away to care for her aging mother. We're hoping her successor can start mid-June. You'll be responsible for pick-ups and drop-offs and will need your own car. Preference given to those who love reading to kids and outdoor activities. Bonus points if you're interested in music or the arts. You'd be working roughly 24-30 hours a week. The actual days/times can be worked out (e. g. 8a-5p 3 days/week or M-F 8a-2p). Pay is based on experience - can be hourly or fixed. Ideally, the nanny would be able to work for 3-4 years until the youngest child starts school.
