Nanny Needed For A 8-Month-Old In Arlington, Virginia, 20 Hrs/Week

Hello! :) I am looking for a part-time nanny to watch my 8-month-old son for 20 hours per week in our Arlington, VA apartment starting December 9. I am starting a part-time job and will often be working from home. My work hours are somewhat flexible, so I am happy to work with applicants to create a 20 hour weekly schedule that works for both of us. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-2 p.m. works well for me but I am open to a different set of 20 hours if something different works for you. I would like to do a trial visit sometimes in the next couple weeks to see if it's a good fit (paid of course). Also, payment in general will be through payroll (non-negotiable because I am a lawyer :) ).
