Nanny/Family Assistant Needed For Joyful 9-Month-Old

Looking for someone to grow with our family longterm! (Through addition of a sibling.) Happy, easy 9mo baby thrives on routine (great sleeper), loves reading, music class, play dates. Must have energy and creativity to support through toddler years! Parents work from home and value calm communication, initiative, and partnership in keeping the household running smoothly. Childcare responsibilities: playtime, stroller walks, daily reading, driving to activities, maintaining nap schedule, child meal prep, toy rotation, clothing storage/organizing, cleaning up after child meals/child areas. Family assisting: folding, dishwasher unloading, grocery shopping, occasional nearby errands. Family already has housekeeper who comes 2x/week. Must have 5+ years experience, excellent references, clean driving record, willing to be paid as W-2 employee.
