I'm looking for a reliable and caring after-school Both children are on the autism spectrum, and one is nonverbal, so I need someone who is patient, observant, and experienced with understanding nonverbal cues and behavior. Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:25 p.m. 7:00 p.m. (school pick-up required) Responsibilities include: Picking the kids up from school Supporting a nonverbal child with communication cues and emotional needs Diaper changes as needed Preparing simple snacks Light tidying related to the children. Childrens laundry Creating a calm, structured afternoon routine Homework help for my older child (when needed) The ideal person is gentle, dependable, and comfortable working with children who may need extra support or redirection throughout the afternoon.
