Nanny Needed For 3 Month Old Infant In Dallas

We are looking for a flexible, warm, energetic and nurturing nanny to help take care of our 3-month-old daughter. We both work in hospitals and our schedule varies week to week. Mom works 14 shifts a month. Can provide 30 guaranteed hours per week. Most weeks we need less than 40 hours of coverage but some weeks may need more and overtime will be paid at 1. 5x/ hour. Typical hours are from 6:30/7:30am-6 p.m. about 3 days per week, rare evening shifts and about 2 weekend day shifts per month. Schedule will be provided two months in advance with plenty of weekdays off allowing for time for personal appointments, errands or other work. Seeking someone who is up to date on essential vaccines (MMR, Tdap), Bilingual preferred (Spanish or Urdu), CPR trained and w/ prior experience caring for infants.
