Evening + weekend hours on average about 12-20 hours per week. Childcare, cleaning, laundry & light dinner prep. Must be proactive, reliable & comfortable in a busy home with three young kids. Initiative and attention to detail are key. Responsibilities will likely typically be 30% childcare duties, 70% household duties. Childcare Duties: Play, read, and help with evening routines, Assist with dinner, bath, and bedtime, Help soothe and feed the baby when needed Household Duties (Essential): Tidy up toys and shared spaces, Do dishes and wipe down counters, Fold and organize laundry, Light sweeping and general cleanup, Occasional deep cleaning projects, Basic dinner prep (chopping veggies, preheating oven, assembling simple meals), Help maintain a clean, functional home environment during busy evenings
