Babysitter And Week-day Reading Tutor For Our Son

We are looking for an every-other weekend baby sitter for date nights, the odd week day date night, and then twice a week evening session to help our son learn to read. Someone who lives, works or goes to school near Uptown would be best, given commute times. For reading: our son is cranky and tired when we read around bedtime, so looking for extra help for 30-45 mins a couple times a week before dinner to boost his reading levels. We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Dallas. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
