We're looking for a fun, responsible nanny to hang out with our 8-year-old son, mostly on weekends--Friday or Saturday evenings, sometimes both--and occasionally an extra weekday night. Hours usually start around 7-8 p.m. and go for at least four hours. The job is pretty laid back, keeping an eye on him, playing a little, and making sure he has a good time. I usually prep his dinner ahead of time, so sometimes you'd just help serve it and do a little light cleanup, like loading the dishwasher, making sure the house stays clean. Ideally, it would be great if you drive and have your own car, as it gives more flexibility and independence--especially for occasions when we might need someone to stay a bit later, particularly on weekends.
