Seeking Weekday Nanny For Baby

My husband and I live in Easton Park and are looking for someone to watch our 7-month-old daughter on weekdays beginning on or around December 15th, ~4-6 hours/day. We both WFH, so we'd love someone who can be flexible, as there will be some adjustments to the schedule from week to week depending on our workloads. I am currently nursing her to sleep for naps but am beginning the transition toward independent sleep, so experience supporting nap training for babies around her age is a huge plus. Other things to know about us: - We have 1 dog and 2 cats. - Our baby has started solids and we do a combination of purées and baby-led weaning. Light meal prep and simple cooking for her meals will be part of her daily care. - She has reached the stranger anxiety milestone, so patience and gentleness are key while she warms up to someone new.
