We are looking for a reliable, compassionate caregiver for our 24-year-old son, Hunter, who has autism. The position is based in Buda, TX until the first of the new year, and then will be in Austin, Texas. This position involves providing transportation and support during the week. Schedule: Mornings--attend day hab activities with Hunter Afternoon care: pick up from downtown Austin at 1 p.m. with care provided at home until 7:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Transport Hunter safely to and from downtown Austin. Provide supportive care at home in the afternoons and on Fridays. Engage with him through meaningful activities and outings. Maintain a calm, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving. Compensation: $25/hour $100 weekly activity budget for you and Hunter to enjoy outings or enrichment activities.
