Family Assistant / Nanny (Flexible Schedule)

Seeking a reliable, patient nanny for our 3 kids (10, 8, and toddler). Must be flexible with schedule, able to do school/therapy drop-offs and pickups, and comfortable helping last minute when needed. After-school help includes homework support and keeping kids engaged. Our toddler is sweet, energetic, and currently in speech, developmental, and occupational therapy, so patience and consistency are very important. He goes to school daily, so mornings or afternoon pickup are the main needs. Looking for someone comfortable with pets, light cooking, and light cleaning. Weekend availability is required, and some weekend days may be longer shifts. Reliable transportation and experience with busy households preferred. We’re a loving, down-to-earth family that values respect, communication, and kindness. We want someone who truly enjoys kids, understands big emotions, and can bring calm, patience, and positivity to our home. My 10-year-old daughter loves basketball, drawing, music, and playing her favorite game, Dress to Impress. My 8-year-old son is a huge Godzilla and King Kong fan and enjoys playing Minecraft. Our 3-year-old loves cars, blocks, puzzles, drawing, running, jumping, and building forts. He’s full of energy and curiosity. They need someone supportive, patient, and consistent—homework help for the older kids, and gentle, structured guidance for our energetic toddler who is working with therapists. I’m looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and has a lot of patience, especially with energetic toddlers. Someone who feels like family, is comfortable in a busy home, and has a naturally organized, Type-A personality to help keep our routines running smoothly. No access to public transit and we do have parking access, we live on a private gated community Two cats, one large chocolate lab. All sweet animals.
