It's important that the nanny coming into our family is gentle and kind but can also help nurture and discipline in a loving manner, when needed. Someone who is faith based, doesn't curse, rooted in healthy living. Don't want someone who is glued to their phone or the TV. Some TV is fine but we are very specific on what the girls are able to watch and listen to The kids love to be outside as much as possible. They love to read, love to dance and put on shows, love crafts. Need someone who can be very hands on with them and active and it's a plus if you have extra skills (sewing, knitting etc) that you can help teach the kids
