We are looking for a great nanny for our 3-month-old twin girls. Our ideal nanny would be knowledgeable with infants and comfortable caring for twins. This individual must be comfortable with pets, as we have 2 well-behaved but high energy dogs. We would like someone who can maintain the twins' schedule and provide nurturing and educational awake time. Help with baby laundry would be a bonus! We do not anticipate the need for a nanny to transport the girls, but we do need someone with a reliable personal vehicle. My husband works from home 4-5 days a week, so he is around but occupied. We will not hire someone who smokes, and both a CPR certification and college degree are preferred. This position will be part-time to start (20-30 hours/week), with the potential for it to grow to a full time (40+ hours/week) with the right person.
