Afterschool Part Time Care For 4 Year Old

Looking for a consistent babysitter for our 4. 5-year-old son starting in January. We've had a wonderful Belmont student helping us this past semester, but her class schedule doesn't work in Jan. Our son gets out of school at 12:00 on Mondays and 2:00 on Tuesdays-Fridays (some days he may have afterschool activities but only until 2:30-2:45). We need help with pickup and hanging out with him until we finish work at 4:30/5:00 each day. Our son's school is off West End and we live near Lipscomb. *We are currently talking to someone about MWF, so primarily looking for help Tu/Th! -Expected pay ~$20/hr (or $25/hr if watching our 2. 5-year-old daughter too on occasion) -Background and driving history required -Will be paid with tax withholdings / reporting -References required -No screen time -Punctuality and dependability critical!
