Seeking Full-time Nanny For 4 Month Old Girl (Sylvan Park, Nashville)

We are beginning our search for a reliable and experienced nanny to join our family in Sylvan Park starting January 2026 (flexible start date but no later than 2/2/26). This will be a long-term, full-time position (40+ hours per week, roughly 8am-5pm) caring for our baby girl, who will be 4 months old at that time. What were looking for: Newborn experience and 2+ references a must Willing to take her to activities / on walks and outings Light household help (keeping things tidy, baby laundry, simple meal prep, etc.) Compensation: $20-25/hr (based on experience). Guaranteed 40 hrs/week + PTO Excellent communicator Comfortable with dogs (mini petite goldendoodle)
