We are looking for a caring and supportive nanny for our son who is 15 months old. We are flexible with the days of the week for the right fit (as long as there are 2 consistent week days available between 10/11-4:30pm) and that Saturday morning as needed! Our son loves to play and explore, he can be shy with new people but once he warms up he is a curious and loving little boy! Someone who can physically keep up with the demands of an energetic toddler would be great, but we are also looking for a person who can support his development with fun games/activities, and is patient and understanding when he is overwhelmed or having separation anxiety from Mama. We had a wonderful babysitter who sadly is starting a new full time job so she needs to move on but we would love to find a replacement as soon as possible!
