Recurring Nanny

We're looking for a recurring nanny for our 5-month-old daughter while my wife is WFH. We're looking for a nanny with a lot of warmth, a cheerful disposition, and passion for early childhood development. We need to have confidence that safety will be a priority, especially with our girl starting solids and becoming more mobile We have high-energy doodle. He gets very excited with new people but will sleep all day once he settles. Here's what we're looking for: - Lots of different types of developmentally appropriate play. We focus on each skill set area daily (physical & motor skills, sensory, language & speech) - We prioritize emotional health through being very responsive to cries, whimpers, etc. and a lot of eye contact - Following feeding and eating schedule - Lots of communication and collaboration with us (parents)
