Early Morning Nanny Needed For My Baby

This job is perfect for someone who doesn't mind an early wake-up or has other commitments during the day. I need someone to cover early mornings while I'm at work, 1-2 days per week. Though most weeks I expect to need someone only one day. The shift will go from either 2:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. or 3:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. depending on my work schedule. The first half of the day would be extremely low-key, with the baby asleep. The caregiver would handle very light housework and let our two pups out/refill water bowl etc. Once the baby's awake, the caregiver would feed and do activities with her before getting her ready and dropping her at daycare. I'm looking for a genuinely good person who is dependable, engaging and will help our baby reach her milestones. Hoping for a fit that feels like part of the family!
