Seeking A Loving, Joyful Nanny For 3 Sweet Girls!

Hi! We are seeking a loving full- or part-time nanny to help our family as we raise our little girls who are 5, 3, and 2. We can be flexible on the number of hours we offer/guarantee, as finding someone who is the right fit is the most important factor for us! Most weeks, we will likely need support about 4 days a week, which could include 1-2 full days in the week (7:30-4:30) plus 1-2 afternoons (2-6ish) and a date night. We are seeking a nanny with the following qualities: -Strong values that generally align with our Christian faith -Flexibility and some availability for evenings and weekends -A loving mix of firm boundaries and grace with the kids -Willingness to help occasional longer hours and overnights with the girls when we travel.
