Looking for a PSW for my 8-year-old autistic son in Springfield, OR. Our current caregiver of 2 years is having surgery and then eventually moving, and wed love someone to start soon! About 40 hrs/month now, likely increasing to 95 hrs/month. Typical shifts: 1-2 weekdays 3-8:30 p.m. and occasional Sundays 11-6. Duties include school pick-up, Taekwondo, daily routines, fun outings, and bedtime. He is social, imaginative, and loves Pokemon, drawing, water play, and adventures! Must be patient, playful, and neurodiversity-affirming. Experience with autistic kids is a plus. Paid training through GROW. Happy to help with setup! Start ASAP.
