About the job
I am a mom of four ages 11, 7, 5, and 3 and a half expecting my fifth baby in December. We are moving from a rural area to the Springfield or South Hills Eugene area. I have a small farm in Cottage Grove that my brother runs, and I work from home managing paperwork and online income. I am seeking caring, reliable help with my kids, sometimes as a mothers helper when I am home, for morning, evening, or weekend shifts. I already have daytime weekday coverage but need someone flexible for evenings, weekends, Mondays, or morning drop offs. Three of the four kids currently homeschool online but may move to in person school soon, meaning I will mainly need help with school runs, evenings, and some daytime weekends. Light meal prep or an extra plate for me appreciated
