Gentle, RIE-Aligned Infant Nanny (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a warm, grounded caregiver with strong infant experience, ideally someone who is doula-trained, attachment-informed, and familiar with RIE/respectful caregiving principles. Our home is very nurturing, attuned, and holistic — think gentle rhythms, baby-led development, and crunchy-but-grounded vibes. We want someone who understands infant cues deeply, supports naps with patience (including contact and carrier naps), practices safe and responsive feeding, and approaches our baby with respect, presence, and curiosity. Someone who loves BLW, sensory play, and outdoor time will feel at home here.
