Part time 30+ or FT 40hrs, special needs nanny in SW Portland - 14-year-old boy (spec needs, attends public school) and 11-year-old girl. Schedule is flexible; ideally split shift Mon thru Fri 8 a to 10a and 2 p -6 or 7 p.m. Parents work full time as physical therapists in their own clinic in PDX. Morning: get kids ready and to school and assist with light housekeeping or errands. Afternoon: picks one up from school, assist with homework, may drive to therapies. Help with food prep from time to time. The boy uses a walker & benefits from the use of a fully accessible home with robotics; needs assistance with dressing, transports, helping him with homework. Nanny coordinates care/school schedules and relationships with teachers, aids, and therapists. For the right person may be either part time or FT.
