DSP needed. We work with Enable, the agency pays their DSPs 30/hour without benefits. You will need to do their onboarding trainings. My 8yo has Autism (Level 2, PDA, no intellectual disabilities and has verbal skills but slow language processing), ADHD combined, Dyslexia, and Social Anxiety. It takes him a while to get comfortable and leave the house with a stranger. He struggles with free play and needs a patient facilitator. He likes legos, construction/engineering, pokemon battles, Minecraft, video games, reptiles and animals, sometimes crafting with interesting objects to create trinkets, and board games. Only apply if you have curiousity, patience, and can meet him where he is at. It's like playing with a cat. They are in charge and you follow their lead at the pace they are willing.
