Montessori-Inspired, Outdoor-Focused Nanny Position

Our nanny had to leave unexpectedly due to a medical issue. Looking for someone reliable to step into her role long-term. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 to 2:30, with Mondays & Wednesdays ideally until 5. Every other week from 3:15 includes our helpful 6-year-old. We have a 1-year-old, 2-year-old, and need care for our 6-year-old on off-school days. We follow a Montessori-inspired, nature-based approach. Kids help with real tasks: laundry, dishes, garden, chickens, and lots of outdoor time. Role includes childcare + daily household help (laundry, mopping kitchen/dining area, breakfast dishes). Looking for someone extremely reliable, consistent, and comfortable outside. Were looking for someone who is extremely reliable and consistent. We would love for you to start ASAP if possible.
