Needed: Nanny For Active, Creative, Sensitive 3-Year-Old

About the job

We are looking for someone to care for B (she will be 3 in late Feb) approx 25hrs a week starting early January. We are a non-secular, pro-science family. We would like to find someone who enjoys time outside, encourages play based learning, and understands co-regulation and non violent communication. Tues/Thurs would be full days, 8: 15am-5:15 p.m. Wed/Fri would be 12:30-3:30/4:30 p.m. B will be attending outdoor preschool Wed/Fri mornings, so those days would include picking her up from school and bringing her home for lunch and nap time. Daily care would include light housework (folding her laundry, cleaning up from snack/lunch, preparing next meal, putting away her toys and books). We have a dog, so we would like to find someone comfortable with him, and may even want to take him on walks with B around the neighborhood.
