Hi there! We're a busy family looking for an amazing part-time nanny to join our team and care for our three awesome kids ages 8, 6 and 2. We need help with school pickups, homework help, after-school fun, and the occasional drop-off at sports or activities. Our dream nanny is someone who genuinely loves kids of all ages, is off their phone, and truly engages with the children. Someone who can redirect gently but confidently, brings energy and fun to playtime, and is compassionate and patient. Must be able to cover school holidays/half days. We have pets, so animal lovers only please! Bonus if youre open rare house sitting or extra hours. We need 10-15+ hrs/week with flexibility, more hours possible as Mom is in healthcare, Dad is in the Navy (often away)- dependability is key.
