Extremely Flexible, As-needed Caregiver

We're looking for a caregiver who can be extremely flexible with scheduling. Our schedule can change week to week, so we’re ideally looking for someone who is available on an as-needed basis and can be flexible with days and times. We completely understand if you’re not always available — we’re just hoping to find someone who can help when needed and is open to a variable schedule. So we're looking for someone who is comfortable with: • Switching days or times as needed • Not needing care some weeks • Occasional last-minute schedule adjustments • A mix of daytime, early evening, or occasional weekend hours (as needed) • Reliability and strong communication Bonus would be someone who genuinely enjoys doing hands-on activities, crafts, and educational play with toddlers who can keep my son engaged through fun, age-appropriate projects! Schedule: (hours & days will vary based on need) TUES & OR WEDS: 10:00-4:00PM
