We are looking a sitter to come to our home in Washington, NJ for our 2 boys . Our regular babysitter needs time off for family reasons so this could be temporary or longer term and the schedule could vary a bit. My husband and I both work from home so we can help here and there with the kids like watching one while the other is put down for a nap. We can be flexible on time as well. Our ideal sitter is patient and attentive. Our 2-year-old is an average 2-year-old, he needs some free play and some structured play especially before nap to get tired out physically and mentally. Out 9-month-old is crawling and needs to be watched as closely to avoid eating things he shouldn't. There should be focus on play to challenge their brains and meet milestones.
