Our girls (ages 11, 9, and 3) are chill, growing in independence and I'd love someone who can bring joy, structure, and care to them during the after-school hours. This role is all about creating a safe, fun, and loving environment where my girls can thrive, and where we (Mom & Dad) can work with peace of mind knowing someone caring is with them. Duties: *Pick-up after school & guide routines *Prepare light snacks *Homework help *Ensure play time or creative activities *Transport to activities (car can be provided) *Being a trusted, steady, family-oriented presence Perfect for a retiree, mother, grandmother, or mature woman with a heart for families!
