My child will be 6 months when I return to work. She needs to be fed breast milk that I have stored every 3 hours. Her wake windows are up to two hours and she usually spends them playing in her playmat with her toys and being read to. We do not do screen time. Her ideal day is 1-1 connection with her caregiver, being given most of your attention, and going to sleep within her two hour window. She sleeps in her crib.
