Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Lincoln

We have two boys (2 years and 4 months) and are looking for a full-time nanny, Monday-Friday, about 35-40 hours a week. We follow a Montessori-inspired, outdoor-focused approach with our active toddler and value gentle parenting communication, hands-on learning and a calm, loving environment. We'd love someone reliable, nurturing and proactive who enjoys meaningful activities with young children. Light kid-related help (tidying, children's laundry, meal prep) is appreciated. We're located in central Lincoln and would be interested in doing "test runs" prior to our preferred December 1st start date.
