About the job

I am looking for someone to help with childcare on the days that school and preschool are closed. I would like to find someone that is compassionate and knowledgeable about the care of children in general. This includes being informed about developmental stages and how to interact and engage in a positive manner. We are very family focused and I spend a lot of time focusing on positive emotional and social development. We like to laugh and have fun. Connection is most important! My kids enjoy being outside, art activities, watching tv shows. My oldest daughter is introverted and enjoys drawing and doing her makeup, etc. My youngest is very energetic (she's 3) and enjoys coloring, painting, playing with her Barbie's and babies, being outside on her bike, walks, etc. I am looking for someone who can be present and mindful when watching them. Kind, thoughtful, expressive, mindful, knowledgeable about childcare practices. Our home has driveway and street parking. Would prefer someone with their own vehicle. We have one small dog. He is a Pomeranian, 8 years old and 5 lbs.
