Recurring Weekend Baby Sitter For 2 Children

I have 2 children, a 9 yr old boy & a 5 yr old girl. I am looking for a recurring babysitter that can watch them some weekend nights typically between 7pm-midnight. Their normal bed time is around 7-8pm, so main duties would just be putting them to bed if they aren't already and being there for them if they were to wake up. I would like for them to feel comfortable enough that if they were to wake during the night that they can depend on this person and it wouldn't feel like a stranger is there.
