Postpartum Night Nanny Role (Late Oct - January)

We are seeking overnight care for a new baby we are expecting in October. This would be five days a week from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. We are envisioning having support from when the baby comes (10/19) for at least three months (and possibly longer). Responsibilities would include standard newborn care (e. g., bringing the baby into the bedroom for regular night feedings, changing diapers, giving a bottle, soothing to sleep, etc.). Because the baby will be sleeping for most of the time during overnight shifts, we are hoping to have help tidying up the house overnight. We would expect the night nanny to remain awake during the shift and spend 75% of the time in the nursery with the sleeping baby (laptop / phone use in the nursery will be fine). References required / significant newborn experience essential / nonsmoker, vaccinated.
