Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Minneapolis

About the job

I work from home Mondays and Fridays. I've been having my son here with me, but it's getting harder as he's getting more mobile and alert. He's tough to get down for naps and is very active (loves crawling around and playing!) He still gets up every 2. 5 hours at night, my husband and I don't get a lot of sleep. With that and working full time, I'm looking for extra support. Preferably long term as I'd love to have my family comfortable and close with an individual before we get pregnant again, as it would be nice to have support during that time as well. Hours would be very flexible. I would bulk my work day around when you're here and maybe run a few errands. I have two dogs, Stanley and Itsy. Stanley is an energetic 75 pound Old English Sheepdog/doodle mix. Itsy is an 8 pound Havanese.
