Looking For Nanny For Our Curious And Precocious 18-month Old Daughter

We are looking for a part-time nany/babysitter for our 18-month-old daughter. Ideally, we'd like help five mornings a week, preferably from 7:30am-12:30pm, with the possibility of longer hours a couple or few days a week. We are somewhat flexible in terms of our exact schedule. Our daughter is currently in Spanish immersion daycare, and we would love someone fluent or proficient in Spanish, though it is not required. We would also like someone who is comfortable taking our daughter on fun/educational outings to the park, zoo, library, ECFE, etc. Must be comfortable around dogs, as we have an 11-year-old hound dog named Fiona who is very friendly, albeit occasionally loud. We are looking for someone who could start soon. We would like to do a meet and greet and trial babysitting date so we can get to know each other before beginning.
