All nannies placed with our agency must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and have a minimum of 2 years paid childcare experience to apply. * Minneapolis - B17297 • Location: Minneapolis MN • Schedule: Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm • Start: January 2026 • Children: 3 children ages 5.5 yrs, 4yrs, and 3mos • Salary: $25-$28/hour • *This position requires a FLU/COVID vaccinated candidate and a minimum of a 1 year commitment* • We are a warm and welcoming family based in Minneapolis with three children: a 5.5-year-old, a 4-year-old and a 3 month old. The two older children attend full-time school during the day, while the baby will be home and require full-time care. We are looking for a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny to support our family on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate will become a trusted part of our daily routine and help create a safe, structured, and loving environment for our children. There are pets in the home (both cats and dogs) so best to have a candidate that is not allergic. • The nanny will be primarily responsible for the baby during the day, including feeding, diapering, and providing developmentally appropriate play and stimulation. While the older children are at school for most of the day, they will need care on days when school is closed or they are home sick. The nanny will also pick them up from the bus stop each afternoon and assist with after-school care. Additional responsibilities include helping to keep the home tidy-particularly in the kitchen and children's areas-assisting with the children's daily schedule and school calendars, and providing occasional transportation for school or activities using a car provided by the family. • The ideal candidate will have experience caring for both infants and school-age children, with a strong preference for newborn experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and communicates well. The right person will be flexible with scheduling changes, proactive in keeping the household running smoothly, and ready to be a loving and consistent presence in our children's lives.
