Nanny Needed In December For One 6-month Old In Minneapolis

We are a queer family living in South Minneapolis, searching for a nanny to help bridge the gap between two parental leaves. Care will be for our 6-month-old son, roughly from 8-5 p.m. three days per week - there is flexibility to determine which days each week work for you. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for infants and strong references. We ask that a caregiver tidy up throughout the day (dishes, picking up toys etc.) but other housework is not expected. We have one cat who will likely stay out of sight during the day. Parents may be working from home. While we would collaborate to determine a strategy that works well for you, you should expect to see us and interact with us throughout the week. Our son is still a contact napper - caregivers with experience supporting transitions to independent sleep preferred.
