We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and high-caliber Nanny to provide a safe, structured, and development-forward environment for two young children. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellence in early childhood care, brings a proactive mindset, and can support both neurotypical and neurodiverse developmental needs. This role is mission-critical to sustaining daily household operations while supporting the children's emotional, cognitive, and social growth. Job requirement includes experience supporting children with autism or developmental differences. Requires active driver's license and a reliable car that is fully insured. The nanny will be picking the kids up from daycares, mealtime preparation, and making sure the kids eat dinner. Bedtime preparation and light housekeeping- mainly after the kids.
