Toddler & Newborn Nanny Needed

We are proud parents to an energetic 18-month-old daughter and are welcoming a new baby at the end of the year. We’re seeking a caring, experienced nanny to join our family in Eden Prairie. We both work full-time and primarily from home, so at least one parent is almost always in the house. Schedule (evolving): We are looking for care Tuesday–Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. starting immediately, focused solely on our toddler while we are on parental leave. Starting around April/May, we expect to expand to Mondays and Fridays as well, with care for both our toddler and newborn at that time. Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience. We want to note upfront that pay will increase and is fully negotiable once care expands to include both children. We hope to find someone who can grow with our family for at least a year, ideally longer. Infant and toddler experience is strongly preferred — someone who not only loves engaging little ones but can also offer guidance and share helpful parenting tips along the way. We’re looking for a nanny who brings positive energy, creativity, and developmental awareness — someone who can keep our toddler learning, laughing, and reaching milestones while eventually supporting our newborn’s early development as well. Our ideal nanny: • Has prior nanny experience (infant/toddler experience a big plus) • Is reliable, nurturing, and genuinely loves this age • Has their own car and a clean driving record • Is CPR certified • Does not smoke • Is comfortable with cats If you’re looking for a loving family to form a long-term bond with, we would love to hear from you.
