About the job

We are looking for at-home care for our 6-month-old son. He's a very happy and curious boy, loves getting outside, and is very smiley. Like many infants, he wants lots of contact and attention paid to him. As he gets older we want to put a heavy emphasis on exploratory and unstructured play. We want him to be kept away from screens as much as possible. An ideal caretaker for him loves spending time with very young children, getting out in nature, and is energetic. Dads work is hybrid with over half of the day out of the house and often takes meetings in home office. Mom is a dentist and will be out of the house 3-4 days a week. We also have a sweet medium-sized dog. He has his own automatic dog door and is fed by family in morning and evening. Care not required for dog, although he would happily join on a walk in the park.
