We are a warm family in Kalamazoo seeking an experienced part-time nanny starting week of Jan 19 to care for our 21-month-old and 3-month-old. 3 weekdays per week (flexible, no Fridays), 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Long-term position through April 2027. Responsibilities: Loving, attentive care for both children; bottle-feeding breast milk; offering snacks (meals/bottles prepped); engaging in age-appropriate, play-based activities; outdoor play as weather allows; respecting toddlers independent nap routine; tidying play areas at days end. No outings, very limited screen time, no housework beyond child-related tidying. Hands-on experience caring for multiple young children (infant + toddler). Calm, confident, organized, and comfortable managing toddler behaviors like separation anxiety and tantrums. Parents WFH. Smoke-free home with one cat.
