Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Kalamazoo

Seeking a nanny in Kalamazoo for 2 children, a 4. 5 and a 1. 5-year-old. We have a current nanny, but she is leaving for a non-childcare related job opportunity. We are looking for someone either full time or potentially part time if there is some flexibility to the schedule. A bit more about the kids - the 4. 5-year-old is in preschool half day mornings MWF. She loves being outside, any art or craft project, books, and spiderman. The 1-year-old is a typical toddler full of energy and learning how to harness it. Both are used to having child care and do well in that environment. As the parents, our schedules vary depending on the week, and so if there is is any potential for flexibility in the schedule that may be a bonus although not required.
